Applications | N-Nitrosocytisine-d4 is the isotope labelled intermediate in the synthesis of Cytisine (C998500), an alkaloid that occurs naturally in various plants. Cytisine was shown to act as ligands for neuronal nicotine receptors and exhibits various pharmacological activities. N-substituted cytisines, have found to have the analgesic, antihypertensive and inotropic activities. |
